Eligibility for Returns

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made plush toys cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@softandcozy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your plush toy arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
